Shipping

  • Shipping Areas : At TopRelieve3D we ship to the entire Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Currently, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or other international destinations.
  • Delivery Times : All our products are handcrafted, which implies specific production times. For this reason, the estimated delivery time for all orders is 10 to 15 calendar days from payment confirmation. This time allows us to guarantee the high quality and detail in each of our products.
  • Shipping Costs : We offer free shipping on all orders over €20. For orders with a total amount under €20, a shipping cost of €6 will apply.
  • Order Tracking : Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link so you can track your package and keep track of its status.

Returns

At TopRelieve3D we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple returns process.

  • Return Period : You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return. To start the process, send us an email to info@toprelieve3d.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Return Conditions :
    • Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
    • We do not accept returns of personalized or custom-made products, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transport.
  • Return Process:
    • Initial Contact: To initiate a return, please email info@toprelieve3d.com with your order details.
    • Shipping Instructions: We will provide you with instructions and a shipping address to proceed with the return.
    • Return Cost: Shipping costs to return products will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error.
  • Refund: Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund through the same payment method used in the purchase. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product.
  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@toprelieve3d.com. We will replace the product at no additional cost to you, or, if you prefer, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
